Previous roles include Owner of Human Capital Management Solutionz, LLC, where Tina-Marie managed multi-state operational responsibilities, and Regional VP of Human Resources at Beazer Homes, overseeing a significant workforce and achieving performance and revenue excellence. Additional positions include VP of Human Resources at Park 'N Fly and Truth, as well as Director of Human Resources at Cluett, Peabody & Company. With over 15 years of macro-management expertise, Tina-Marie has demonstrated strong organizational credibility and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
