Cherie Drummond

Cherie Drummond has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cherie began their career in 2000 as an Office Administrator at Mobile Tax Accountants. In 2001, they worked as an Intermediate Travel Consultant at Delta International Travel. From 2002 to 2005, they held the positions of Senior Consultant, Sales Executive, and Branch Manager at Harvey World Travel.

Cherie then joined BCD Travel South Africa in 2005 as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader for Sales Office and Operations Manager. In this role, they worked closely with the Managing Director to ensure effective operational performance and implemented systems and procedures. From 2008 to 2010, they were an Operations Manager at BCD Travel Australia.

In 2010, Cherie began their tenure at Corporate Travel Management ANZ as the Head of Operations NSW. Cherie later became the Head of Client Management NSW from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, they joined SHOW GROUP PTY LIMITED as the General Manager, and in 2020, they worked as an Office Manager and Salesperson at Leapfrog Machinery.

Currently, Cherie is employed at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) AU/NZ. Cherie started in 2021 as the Business Analysis & Solutions Manager and progressed to become the Head of Product ANZ. As of 2023, they hold the position of Chief Product Officer ANZ.

Cherie Drummond's education history includes various qualifications and certifications. In 1999, they obtained a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, a Diploma in Basic Principles of Public Relations Practice from Damelin. Additionally, they received a Galileo Certification from Damelin in the same year. In 2005, Cherie earned an Amadeus Certification from Amadeus SA.

Cherie Drummond pursued higher education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing.

Furthermore, Cherie acquired the Professional Selling Skills® certification from the Miller Heiman Group in July 2021.
