Technical Training Manager ANZ at Corporate Travel Management

Kristy Heydon is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Technical Training Manager ANZ and previously as the Operations Team Manager at Corporate Travel Management AU/NZ since September 2017. Kristy has also contributed as an Events & Tourism Trainer and Assessor at Pacific Training Group for a brief period in early 2020, and gained experience as a Workforce Planner at QBT Travel and a Trip Manager at Contiki Holidays. With a robust background at Carlson Wagonlit Travel spanning over a decade, Kristy held various roles including Section Manager and Senior Traveler Services Manager in Sydney. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Event Management from the University of Canberra, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW and a Diploma of Tourism from Ryde Tafe.
