David Wallace

David Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David founded and served as the Chief Status Quo Prosecutor at Bay Ridge Consulting Group, LLC, where they helped businesses optimize their sales efforts. David also worked as a Certified Facilitating Consultant at Corporate Visions and as a Keynote Speaker/Guest Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Additionally, they authored the Amazon #1 Bestselling book "Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner". Currently, they are a Talent Optimization Consultant at The Predictive Index, a Faculty Member at Scale Up Milwaukee, and a Guest Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - Lubar School of Business. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Maryville Technologies for over 12 years.

David Wallace attended the University of Notre Dame, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In addition to their academic qualifications, David also obtained certifications as a Corporate Visions Certified Consultant and Video Coach in June 2018, and as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant from TalentOptimization.org by The Predictive Index in June 2020.
