Francesca Neri

Customer Engagement Manager at Corporate Visions

Francesca Neri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Francesca started their career as an intern at the New York Historical Society, where they researched and edited exhibition timelines and acted as a liaison for acquiring loaned materials. Francesca then worked as a Project Manager and Crew Chief at The Fordham Garbology Project, leading field seasons and conducting surveys and analysis of refuse on an urban campus.

Francesca also gained experience as an Independent Contractor for Fortune Magazine, compiling contact sheets and conducting follow-up sales calls. Francesca later worked as an Archaeologist at Crack-in-Rock, Wupatki National Monument, where they performed surveys, compiled inventories, and documented rock art panels.

Moving into the field of anthropology, Francesca served as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Arizona University, assisting in courses and managing the Blackboard Learn system. Francesca also worked as a Manager at the Faunal Analysis Laboratory, organizing comparative collections and providing access to students.

Francesca's involvement with anthropology continued at the Faunal Remains Documentation for the Navajo Nation Archaeology Department, where they developed an inventory and analyzed faunal remains. Francesca then transitioned to the Fors Marsh Group, first as a Data Entry/Survey Associate and later as an Operations Project Coordinator, overseeing data collection efforts and liaising with external vendors.

Most recently, Francesca joined Gartner as a Program Specialist. In this role, they led implementation of processes for increased operational efficiencies and served as a representative of service delivery and product stakeholders. Francesca communicated business strategies, targets, and needs, and facilitated training, communications, and analytics initiatives.

Currently, Francesca is employed as a Customer Engagement Manager at Corporate Visions, where they are responsible for managing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Francesca Neri's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Fordham University. Francesca pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Anthropology, completing their studies in 2013.

In 2014, Francesca Neri continued their education at Northern Arizona University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology - Research Archaeology. Francesca completed their studies in 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Francesca Neri also obtained two certifications. In March 2015, they participated in the Rapid Assessment Response and Evaluation (R.A.R.E.) Workshop at Northern Arizona University. Francesca also attended a seminar on the Fundamentals of Budgeting for Archaeology Projects, which was offered by the Society for American Archaeology in March 2015.
