Randall H. Russell

Randall Russell is an accomplished expert in Balanced Scorecard and strategy execution, currently serving as an Independent Consultant since June 2014. Previously, Randall co-founded the Alliance for Municipal Performance from November 2014 to November 2017 and held prominent roles at Palladium and the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, including Vice President and Director of Research from 1999 to 2014. Randall's extensive research experience spans organizations such as the E&Y Center for Business Innovation and DMR Group Inc, where large-scale research programs and member-based communities were developed and managed. Randall's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sociology and Demography from Brown University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
