Holly Wan

Holly Wan is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Enforcement Attorney in the Securities Division at the Arizona Corporation Commission since June 2022. Prior to this role, Holly Wan worked at the Arizona Attorney General's Office for eight years, holding positions that included Assistant Attorney General in the State Government Division, where representation involved the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, and the Child & Family Protection Division. Holly Wan's earlier career includes serving as a Judicial Clerk at the Maricopa County Justice Courts and as a Victim's Advocate at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Holly Wan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law.
