Jason Henry

Jason Henry possesses extensive experience in the facilities and spirits industry, currently serving as a Facilities Operator and previously as a Facilities Attendant at the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood since September 2017. Jason's career includes significant roles at Sazerac Company as Blending and Warehouse Supervisor and Distillery Specialist from January 2022 to April 2024, as well as serving as a Distiller at Georgian Bay Spirit Co. between March and December 2021. Earlier positions include Warehouse Blender/Distillery Specialist at Sazerac Company and Process Operator at Collingwood Ethanol. Jason's foundational experience in brewing began at Brick Brewing Co Limited and Algonquin Brewing Company. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling and a General Certificate in Packaging - Spirits, alongside current and completed certifications such as Supply Chain Warehouse Certification and ORFA Certified Ice Technician.
