Michael Trueman is a professional with extensive experience in project management, procurement, and risk management. Currently serving as the Manager of Accountability, Procurement, and Risk Management at the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood since July 2021, Michael previously held roles as a Business Analyst with the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and as a Senior Divisional Coordinator at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Michael has a proven track record in coordinating high-profile projects, providing strategic procurement advice, and maintaining essential services through effective contract management. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Business Services Coordinator at Social Justice Tribunals Ontario, along with a brief stint as a Business Finance Coordinator at the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Trent University.
