Andrew Cox has extensive experience in various roles within the Government of Canada, primarily focusing on labour inspection and corporate security. Currently serving as a Labour Inspector with the ESDC Labour Program since April 1991, Andrew investigates labour standards violations and conducts dispute resolution sessions. Previous positions include Acting Program Advisor, where Andrew provided guidance on legislative complexities and created training materials, and roles in corporate security with Transport Canada and the Canada Border Services Agency, managing security policies and conducting threat assessments. In addition to government work, Andrew holds positions on the Board of Managers at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and the Property Standards Bylaw Appeals and Fenceviewers Board in Newmarket. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology, complemented by multiple credentials in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
