Eunice Silva has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Eunice began their career as an Intern at the Port of Rotterdam in 2012, then moved on to become a Project Engineer at Porto Central in 2014. In 2016, they took on the role of Coastal Structures Engineer at HR Wallingford. In 2020, they became an MBA Candidate at The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova with MIT Sloan. In 2021, they took on the role of Project Manager River Deployments at The Ocean Cleanup. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Technical Project Manager at CorPower Ocean.

Eunice Silva has a comprehensive education history. Eunice received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa in 2009. Eunice then went on to receive their Master's degree in Civil Engineering - Hydraulics from the same institution in 2011. Following this, they earned their Master of Science in Hydraulic Engineering - Coastal Engineering and Port Development from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in 2013. Most recently, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova in 2021.
