Thomas Lindahl has a long and varied work experience. Thomas started their career in 1997 at Saab Automobil AB as an Objects Leader, where they were product and technical responsible for exterior and internal mirrors. In 2000, they moved to Ericsson Telecom AB, where they were a NPI Project Manager, responsible for the development, budgeting and product feature. In 2002, they joined Almhem Consulting AB as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for assuring the quality of relocation of production to another factory unit. In 2003, they joined Segerström Automotive as a Quality Project Leader/SQA, where they ran quality projects and various improvement works internally and externally. In 2007, they joined Scania Group as a CSR Ambassador Scania Purchasing, to promote sustainability within the Purchasing organisation, and then moved to Lead Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Manager and Internal Auditor - Purchasing Dept. In 2019, they joined CorPower Ocean as a Senior Procurement & Quality Engineer.

Thomas Lindahl obtained a Kandidatexamen in Produktionsteknik from the University of Gävle between 1993 and 1996. Thomas also holds certifications as a Process Auditor VDA 6.3 from SMMT, obtained in October 2014; Open Water Diver from PADI, obtained in November 2006; and Quality Assurance/Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011:2002 from Moody International, LLC, obtained in August 2004.
