Stacy Keefer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. From 1987 to 1993, they served as an Area Operations Manager at Spherion/Randstad. Following that, they joined Wachovia/Wells Fargo in 1993 and held the role of SVP, Director, Contingent Recruiting Division (FirstPlace) until 2009. During their tenure, they developed and led an internal contingent staffing division, which expanded to generate $250 million in revenue and employed 4000 contract associates/consultants. Stacy was instrumental in providing a pipeline for talent and achieving annual cost savings of over $40 million. In 2009, they transitioned to Corps Team/Mom Corps and worked as a Principal until April 2017. Stacy then took on the role of Executive Vice President at Corps Team, a nationwide professional search and staffing firm that serves Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations.
