Danielle Reilly, MHRM, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Danielle currently holds the role of Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Training at Corra, where they are responsible for managing a global team of recruiters and sourcers to attract top talent in the industry. Prior to this, they served as Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition & Training at Corra, where they played a crucial role in optimizing the company's interviewing model and rolling out a new ATS globally. Danielle Reilly, MHRM, obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they achieved their Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University as well, covering Human Resource Management, Labor Studies and Employment Relations, and Psychology from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they hold a Managers Leadership Training certification from Dale Carnegie, which was obtained in March 2019.
