Marisa Champagne has a diverse work experience in the IT sector. Marisa started their career in 2008 as a Technical Support representative at H&R Block, where they utilized various tools and technologies to resolve customer issues efficiently. Marisa then moved on to POSIM in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Support & eCommerce Specialist, handling network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and providing customer support for the core software product. In 2020, Marisa joined VinSolutions as a Technical Client Service Representative, assisting customers with the web application and collaborating with different departments to resolve issues. Currently, they are working at Corra as a Production Support Engineer.

From 2008 to 2008, Marisa Champagne attended Centriq Training where they obtained their MCP & MCTS: Web degree. Marisa'sstudies focused on web application development on the .NET 2.0 framework using C#.net.
