Pallavi Rungta began their work experience in 2019 as a Recruiter (Contract) at OneIndia BSC, where they handled end-to-end recruitment activities for Lafargeholcim. Pallavi then joined Corra in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/IT Recruiter, responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and understanding key position requirements. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Corra.
Pallavi Rungta completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Banasthali Vidyapith, spanning from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from SunRise University Alwar, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Pallavi obtained several certifications, including "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "Legal Aspects of Interviewing and Hiring" from Mineral in February 2023, "Encouraging Team Communication and Collaboration training" from Mineral in December 2022, "The Reality of being a first time manager training" from Mineral in December 2022, and "Recruiting Talent: How to find & attract the best candidates course" from Piiq in August 2022.
