Jenna Richardson

Jenna Richardson, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jenna started their career in 2006 as a Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad, where they excelled in computer setup, repair, and customer service. In 2007, Jenna pursued their passion for photography through their own venture, j.v.richardson photography, which they continue to pursue as a hobby. Since 2011, Jenna has been working at CORRE, INC. as the Director of Business Operations & IT. In this role, they oversee information technology and administrative professionals, focusing on research, investment, and adoption of new technology, as well as development of applications and automated utilities. Jenna is also involved in hiring and diversity initiatives, as well as marketing photography, outreach, and event planning.

Jenna Richardson, MBA has a diverse education history. Jenna recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in an unspecified field of study. Prior to their MBA, Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems Technology from the same university in 2020.

Before pursuing their undergraduate studies, Jenna obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed the CompTIA A+ certification from Madison Area Technical College, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Jenna also gained expertise in Microsoft Office 2013, earning the MS Office 2013 Master Certification from Madison Area Technical College in 2015. Additionally, Jenna holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in IT Analysis & Programming from Madison Area Technical College, which they obtained in 2014.

Prior to their AS degree, Jenna completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Photography from Madison Area Technical College in 2011, and they also received a certificate in Web Development from the same institution in 2010.

Jenna's education journey began at De Forest Area High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in Generals in 2006.

Outside of their academic pursuits, Jenna has obtained several additional certifications, some of which include CPR & AED, Part 107 Certified Drone Operator from the Federal Aviation Administration, and PADI Open Water Diver. These certifications showcase their wide range of skills and interests.
