Felicia Garrett Herring

Felicia Garrett Herring, MSEE has a diverse work experience across various companies. Felicia started their career at AT&T, where they held positions such as Member of Technical Staff and R&D Technical Manager. Felicia later worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations as the Director of Corporate Human Resources and then as the Global Chief Information Officer for the Optical Fiber Solutions division. Felicia also served as the Manufacturing & Operations Director at Agere Systems, leading the start-up of a manufacturing operation in Singapore. In 2002, they established their own technology consulting firm called Sugarloaf Management Consulting, and in 2012, they became the President, CEO & Owner of Correctional Medical Associates, Inc. Throughout their career, Felicia has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of IT operations and business objectives.

Felicia Garrett Herring holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. Felicia also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, they completed an International Manager's Executive Program at Hult Ashridge and an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern California.
