Marcus Hardiman

Marcus Hardiman is an experienced operations and sales professional with a diverse background in management and construction. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Corrections Technology Group LLC since June 2022, Marcus oversees integrated security systems and preventive maintenance services for correctional and government facilities. Previous roles include Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing P&L, operations improvement, and staff oversight, and a sales representative position at TK Elevator, which involved new construction elevator sales and project management. Additionally, Marcus held several supervisory and managerial positions in operations and maintenance, such as at MSNW Group, LLC, and has experience in commercial construction management.
