Jackie F. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and risk management. Jackie is currently working as the Director of Cyber Regulatory Compliance and Business Information Security Officer at Kenvue, where they provide strategic direction in aligning information security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements. Prior to this, Jackie worked at Correlation One, where they served as the Lead Instructor for the "Cybersecurity for All" program and also served as a member of the Cybersecurity Advisory Board. Jackie has also held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Cyber Director, Senior Manager of Information Security Risk Management Governance, Audit Manager, and Lead Auditor in IT & Cybersecurity. Jackie has also worked at BrainStation as a Lead Instructor and Associate Instructor for the Cybersecurity Certificate Course, and at EY as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant. Jackie started their career at PwC as an intern and associate in Risk Assurance.

Jackie F. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, they completed a semester on exchange at the Prague University of Economics and Business. In terms of certifications, Jackie has obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in 2024, the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in 2022, the CRISC certification from ISACA in 2017, and the CISA certification from ISACA in 2016.
