Minisha Goel is a seasoned professional with expertise in AI and operations management. As the Founder of MindShift AI since July 2023, Minisha is leading innovative solutions in artificial intelligence. Currently, Minisha serves as an AI Coach at Correlation One, facilitating the adoption of ChatGPT for Enterprise within a multinational corporation. Previously, Minisha worked as a Freelance AI Trainer for General Purpose AI Training and as Head of Operations at Faethm by Pearson, where contributions were made to a HR tech SaaS platform aimed at workforce readiness. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at BCS Consulting and Cognizant, focusing on strategic programs in the financial services sector. Minisha holds an MSc in Management and Finance from the University of Bath and a BSc in Economics from the University of Essex.
