Adam has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors, borrowers and lenders in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, including on project, acquisition and corporate financing transactions across the infrastructure, renewables, energy, and resources sectors.

Adam covers the full spectrum of financing, including capital markets, bank debt and private credit, with particular expertise in implementing complex multi-source financing structures.

Adam is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer by respected industry publications such as Best Lawyers, Legal 500, Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global. He has lectured on syndicated lending at the University of Sydney and is a member of the APLMA project finance sub-committee.
