Vaughan Mills

Vaughan is a highly experienced projects and transactions lawyer with a focus on natural resources and infrastructure, particularly in Papua New Guinea.

He has been described as having a 'first-class commercial approach and has been consistently ranked as a tier 1 leading individual in Chambers Global since 2009. He has worked on some of the world’s largest and most complex natural resources projects and transactions.

Vaughan is admitted to practice in Papua New Guinea, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, and in the High Court of Australia.

Vaughan is a Vice-President of the Australia Papua New Guinea Business Council Executive Committee.
