Tim Batten

Tim Batten has extensive aviation experience, currently serving as CDB TRE A330 and Directeur des Operations Aériennes at Corsair since April 2000. Batten is also the President of the Comité Français de Courte Paume and the Captain of the French team since March 2014. Additional roles include National Coordinator for FCL055 at the Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile, providing oversight for examination quality and functions. Prior military aviation experience includes serving as a Pilot Commander in the Armée de l'Air, with a focus on security missions until October 2020. Batten has held significant positions in other aviation companies, such as Air Liberté and THS Trans Helicoptere Service, and has contributed as an official commentator at the Salon International de l'Aéronautique du Bourget. Batten is a graduate of the Armée de l'Air with a distinguished academic record as "major de promotion."
