Karen McMonagle

Karen McMonagle is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Corsair since March 2024. With extensive experience in transaction management and financial oversight, Karen has held significant roles including Global Head of Transaction Management at The Carlyle Group from 2021 to 2023, and Asia CFO from 2012 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed fund administration, deal structuring, and investor relations. Previous roles include directorship at Accolade Wines and various positions at KPMG LLP, along with foundational experience in tax consulting at Arthur Andersen & Co. and law clerk work before that. Karen holds an LLB in Law & Accounting from Queen's University Belfast, a Diploma in Arbitration from University College Dublin, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
