Matt Boerio

Matt Boerio is currently an Associate at Corsair, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Boerio served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo in the Financial Institutions Group from July 2020 to April 2023. Boerio was the President Emeritus of the Virginia Venture Fund from September 2017 to July 2020, leading a 40-member organization focused on venture capital and entrepreneurship at the University of Virginia. Additional experience includes roles as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Broadtree Partners, Team Lead at Stripes Group, Growth Equity Intern at Anthos Capital, and various internships in venture capital and private equity. Boerio holds a B.A. in Financial Economics and Computer Science from the University of Virginia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
