Michael Fontana is an Operating Partner of Corsair based in New York. He is a Leadership Advisor specializing in human capital assessment and development, and organizational transformation. Mr. Fontana has over 20 years of hands on experience working with senior executives in the financial services sector, as well as in various other industries. His clients have included a number of large global financial institutions, as well as many mid-cap and entrepreneurial enterprises. Mr. Fontana combines his extensive experience as an organizational management consultant and executive coach to advise management teams on aligning strategy with effective organizational systems and management structures in a collaborative, flexible and results-oriented manner.

Mr. Fontana has an MS in Organizational Behavior and Development from NYU, as well as has other related post graduate degrees and certifications.
