Caehlin Kelly

Caehlin Kelly has worked for two companies in their career. Caehlin started working at Ubisoft in September 2017 as a Social Media Support Representative. In this role, they managed interactions with players on Facebook and Twitter, providing helpful and meaningful conversations. Caehlin also helped create internal and external references regarding frequently asked questions (FAQs). Caehlin then transitioned to the role of Community Representative in September 2019. In this position, they were responsible for stimulating and moderating engagement on various social media platforms for games such as Rainbow Six Siege, Hyper Scape, Tom Clancy's Heartland, Riders Republic, The Crew 2, and the Far Cry franchise. Caehlin created player-facing videos and posts to enhance the player experience and foster meaningful 1:1 interactions. In October 2021, Caehlin became a Community Manager at Ubisoft. Unfortunately, their employment with Ubisoft ended in May 2022. Shortly after leaving Ubisoft, Caehlin joined Corsair as a Social Media Manager in June 2022.

Caehlin Kelly completed a Social Media Management Certification at Central Carolina Community College from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various aspects of marketing and project management. These certifications include Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in January 2023, Sprout Social Platform from Sprout Social, Inc. in January 2023, LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider from LinkedIn in October 2022, Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in January 2023, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn in September 2022, LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn in September 2022, LinkedIn Content and Creative Design from LinkedIn in August 2022, Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in January 2021, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in January 2021, Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in January 2021, Get Started On Twitter Badge from Twitter in November 2021, Launch and Connect Badge from Twitter in November 2021, Performance Fundamentals Badge from Twitter in November 2021, and Twitter Flight School Video Badge from Twitter in September 2021.
