Hao (Balanca) WANG has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles.

From 2018 to the present, Hao has served as the Head of Marketing, China at Corsair, where they oversee marketing initiatives for the company.

Prior to Corsair, Hao worked at a Startup IoT Company as the Marketing Director from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they led corporate branding efforts and managed external communication channels.

From 2014 to 2015, Hao was a Marketing Campaign Manager at Sony Mobile. They were responsible for driving integrated marketing communication strategies and implementing campaigns for the flagship XPERIA™ Z.

From 2012 to 2014, Hao worked at Samsung Electronics as a GTM Manager. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing Go-to-Market plans for ATIV product lines in the China market, as well as managing marketing initiatives and co-op campaigns with strategic business partners.

Hao's work experience also includes roles at Lenovo. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Global IMC Manager for the IDEA Product Group. In this position, Hao was responsible for building the IDEA brand image globally and coordinating product launch activities. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Global Supply Chain Supervisor, assisting in the business transition from IBM Legacy System to Lenovo's strategic IT application architecture.

Hao (Balanca) WANG completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beijing University of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Following that, between 2004 and 2005, Hao pursued an Associate's degree in Marketing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Finally, from 2005 to 2006, Hao attended Lancaster University and obtained an MSc in Advanced Marketing Management.
