Michael Potter

Michael Potter is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Corsair. Prior to joining Corsair, Potter served as the Director on the Board of Directors for iHear Medical from September 2017 to April 2021. While at iHear Medical, Potter was responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and leading the company through its sale in October 2021.

Before their time at iHear Medical, Potter served as Interim CFO for both a portfolio company of a large private equity firm and for Synamedia, another large private equity firm. Michael held these positions from January 2019 to September 2019 and from May 2018 to September 2018 respectively.

Potter has extensive experience in financial operations and management, making him a valuable asset to any company. Michael's experience with private equity firms and in overseeing company sales makes him particularly well-suited for their role as CFO at Corsair.

Michael Potter has a Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and a B. Comm. in Accounting from Concordia University. Michael also has certification from Honeywell in Six Sigma Blackbelt and from Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du québec in CPA, CA - Quebec.
