Tiele Dias

Tiele Dias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management, planning, and control. Currently serving as the Gerente de Planejamento e Controle at Corsan, Tiele leads the financial management for the regional division while overseeing budgeting and financial performance metrics such as EBITDA. Previous roles include managing the financial department for the Superintendência Região Metropolitana and coordinating the voluntary dismissal program. Tiele has also been involved in education as a docente in the Técnico em Contabilidade course at Colégio Dom Feliciano. With a solid foundation in human resources and payroll management, Tiele holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas and a Bachelor’s in Ciências Contábeis.
