Barb Barron Kelly has over 30 years of experience in customer advocacy and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Advocacy at Corsearch since January 2016, Barb has previously held roles including Senior Vice President of Customer Success for North America and Director of Commercial Services for the Midwest and West Regions. Prior experience includes Director of Global Client Services at Wolters Kluwer, where Barb supervised customer service operations across multiple countries and established effective service procedures. Additional experience includes leadership roles in sales and account management at Clarivate CompuMark and Unilever, managing significant trademark portfolios. Barb holds an MBA from Saint Xavier University and has completed post-graduate studies at Northern Illinois University, along with an ABA-approved paralegal degree from Roosevelt University.
