Garrett Wiesenberg

Garrett Wiesenberg has a diverse background in various roles within the technology industry. Garrett is currently the Director of Solutions Engineering at Corsica Technologies, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Solutions Engineering Manager at the same company from July 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Corsica Technologies, Garrett worked as a Senior Network Engineer at the company from September 2019 to July 2021.

Garrett's earlier experiences include working as an Infrastructure Technician at Nucor Building Systems from February 2019 to August 2019. Garrett also worked at Symplexity, starting as a Help Desk Technician from April 2015 to January 2016. Garrett then transitioned to the role of Network Field Tech from January 2016 to December 2017, and finally as a Network Engineer from December 2017 to January 2019.

Additionally, Garrett has a background in the maintenance and IT field. Garrett worked as an IT/Maintenance Facilitator at Horizon Christian Academy from January 2012 to April 2015. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Electricians Apprentice at E&C Electric from August 2011 to November 2011, and as a Telecommunications Apprentice at Votaw Electric from June 2011 to September 2011.

Garrett Wiesenberg began their education at Lakewood Park Christian School in 2010, where they obtained a Core 40+ Honors degree in 2011. Garrett then attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Computer Information Systems Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Garrett has obtained several certifications. In September 2016, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security). Garrett also obtained a CCNA Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in December 2015. In September 2015, they earned the MCSA Office 365 certification from Microsoft, and in May 2015, they obtained the MCSA Server 2012 R2 certification from the same institution.

Recently, in January 2020, Garrett obtained the CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki, as well as the NSE 1, NSE 2, and NSE 3 certifications from Fortinet. In June 2019, they also achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless (CCNA-W) certification.

These certifications highlight Garrett's commitment to expanding their knowledge and expertise in various aspects of computer information systems, networking, and security.
