System Engineer at Corsica Technologies

Mark Kneisel has extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT support. Mark started their career as an Activations Specialist at Verizon Wireless in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Argos Technologies as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for administering Microsoft Windows Servers, workstations, and network security devices for 15 users. Following SSE, Mark worked at Thrive as a System Engineer. Here, they provided remote support to over 60 clients, utilizing tools such as Kaseya and Bomgar to establish remote connections. Mark also managed the Office 365 environment for clients, including user creation, groups creation, anti-spam filtering and policies, and multifactor authentication. Mark's experience at Thrive lasted until 2022.

Currently, Mark is working as a System Engineer at Corsica Technologies, starting in November 2022.
