Michael Dean

Michael Dean has extensive experience in financial operations, customer service, and credit management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Financial Operations and Customer Service at CORT since October 2018, Michael manages backroom financial operations, billing, credit and collections, and payment processing for CORT Furniture Rental and Destination Services. Prior roles include Director of Cash, Credit and Vendor Payment Services at AdvancePierre Foods, and Manager of Credit & Treasury at OnX Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and cash management functions. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Credit Manager at Totes Isotoner and Credit Analyst at AK Steel, focusing on collection management and account maintenance. Michael holds an MBA from Xavier University and a B.B.A. from Kent State University.
