Zach Merritt

Zach Merritt has a diverse work experience. Zach started their career as the Owner/Broker at Stirling Peak Properties, a boutique real estate agency focusing on luxury residential real estate sales and property management. Later, they joined Lyric, initially as the Director of Real Estate, where they designed and operated accommodations for modern business travelers. Subsequently, they became the Vice President of Real Estate, responsible for designing spaces and technology to create a more creative and connected world. Zach continued their real estate journey at Parallel as the Director of Real Estate Acquisition, leading the team in building a new hospitality brand of short-term rentals. Currently, Zach holds the position of Vice President of Business Strategy at CORT.
