Matt Herman

Matt Herman has a diverse work experience in various companies. Matt currently works as a Business Manager in the Smartsheet PMO at CORTAC Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Enterprise Account Manager II from August 2020 to June 2022. Matt also had multiple roles at Smartsheet, including Account Manager - Team Lead from April 2020 to July 2020, Account Manager from February 2019 to July 2020, and Account Executive from October 2018 to February 2019. Matt started their career at WatchGuard Technologies as an Inside Sales Representative from June 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they worked at Woodstock International, Inc as an Inside Sales Associate / Customer Support Rep from April 2014 to June 2017.

Matt Herman attended Washington State University from 2009 to 2012, where they studied English with a focus on Rhetoric & Professional Writing. Matt did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education at Washington State University, Matt has also obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they became a Smartsheet Certified User. In August 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In April 2021, Matt earned the AWS Technical Proficiency certification, also from AWS. Most recently, in March 2023, they completed the Smartsheet Core App certification from Smartsheet.
