Claudia Santos Sintes

Claudia Santos Sintes is an experienced professional currently serving as the Omnichannel Financial Project Coordinator at TENDAM since November 2018. In this role, Claudia coordinates strategic projects within the Ecommerce channel, managing forecasts and budgets. Previously, as the Ecommerce Project Manager for Dash and Stars, Claudia led the launch of its Ecommerce platform, defining digital strategy and overseeing collaboration with various internal teams and agencies. Claudia also contributed to digital budget planning and the implementation of omnichannel strategies in different markets. Earlier roles include Client General Management at American Express Global Business Travel and an internship at the Spanish Embassy in Panamá, along with experience in financial advisory. Claudia holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, attended Universidad de Chile for Law studies, and completed a Bachelor's in Business and Economics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
