Carla Hart

Carla Hart, CSPO, CSM, SSM, currently serves as the Agile Delivery Lead - Family Level at Corteva Agriscience since May 2020, functioning as the primary Agile coach for Team Agile Delivery Leads and providing backup support as needed. Prior to this role, Carla held various positions at DuPont Pioneer from October 2013 to May 2020, including Agile Delivery Lead and Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master. Carla's career began at CDS Global, where responsibilities spanned from 1994 to 2011 as a Senior Business Analyst. Carla is an alumnus of the University of Iowa.
