Gregg McConnell

Gregg McConnell is an accomplished legal operations and innovation professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Director Legal Operations & Innovation at Corteva since October 2018, McConnell has a strong background in contract management, risk mitigation, and cost reduction from previous roles at Cardinal Health, Ohio Savings Bank, and JPMorgan Chase. Notable achievements include building a procurement and supplier relations organization managing significant IT spend, and successfully founding and leading Ethan Interactive, Inc., which grew to over 1 million members. McConnell holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
