Javier Carter

Javier Carter is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Site Lead at Corteva Agriscience since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading and managing the Arica research and development team. Prior to this role, Javier accumulated extensive experience at DuPont Pioneer from January 2009 to June 2019, holding various positions such as AZ Population Development Lead, Maize DH & Seed Production Manager, and managing several aspects of DH production and laboratory operations. Javier's academic credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry from Universidad de Chile, an Executive MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and additional qualifications in agronomy and operations management.
