Jennifer Sloan

Jennifer Sloan serves as the VP of Total Rewards, Talent Management & Analytics at Corteva Agriscience since June 2019, previously holding the position of Head of Total Rewards at DuPont from January 2007 to July 2019. In these roles, Jennifer Sloan has overseen critical functions such as preparing Board Compensation Committee materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for executive compensation, managing equity program design, and recommending compensation packages for executives. Prior to the tenure at DuPont, Jennifer Sloan was the Reward Information Leader at Hay Group from February 2001 to December 2006, where leadership involved directing a team to provide market compensation information and consultative services to clients. Jennifer Sloan earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1997 and 2000.
