Jillian Reeping

Jillian Reeping has over a decade of experience in human resources, primarily at Corteva Agriscience, where roles have included HR Reporting and Data Insights Lead, HR Technology Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, and Executive Assistant since October 2010. Prior to joining Corteva, Jillian served as an Adjunct Instructor at Des Moines Area Community College and gained early experience as a Talent Management Intern at Corteva and through internships at 3M and the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Jillian holds a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
