Lennon Bai

Lennon Bai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and regulatory affairs within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the APAC Learning and Development Leader and Biotech LER Lead at Corteva Agriscience since March 2017, Lennon has held multiple leadership roles, including the China Biotech Seed Regulatory Team Lead and China Biotech Seed/Trait Collaboration - Business Development. Previously, from January 2019 to December 2020, Lennon chaired the Biotech Committee at CropLife Asia. Prior experience at DuPont Pioneer included positions as Biotechnology Affairs and Registration Manager and Senior Specialist, focusing on strategic product registration and regulatory compliance in China. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Horticultural Plant Molecular from China Agricultural University, complemented by a Master's degree in Horticulture Plant Physiology.
