Rafaële Bernes is a Global Regulatory Leader and Business Partner at Corteva Agriscience, where they currently lead regional regulatory efforts for insecticides, biologicals, and seed-applied technology. Previously, Rafaële held various positions at Dow AgroSciences, including Regulatory Team Leader for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and contributed to the development of new herbicides. Rafaële earned an engineering degree with a specialization in rural development from AgroParisTech and completed a DEA in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology from Université de Montpellier. They are also participating in the Dow female leadership development program at INSEAD.
