Rolan Hernandez

Rolan Hernandez has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Rolan began their career in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Officer. In 2006, they moved to Wyle Laboratories as a Corporate Development Officer. In 2011, they joined Verengo Solar Plus as a New Market Operations Officer. In 2012, they moved to mnmMOD as a Director of Operations, launching a new line of green building products and owning the P&L. In 2014, they joined Eyas Capital as a Partner, where they were responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, as well as crafting a fundraising pitch and structuring a small PE real estate fund. Since 2017, they have been working at Cortex Composites, Inc. as a Chief Strategy Officer and VP Business Development & Operations.

Rolan Hernandez attended Harvard University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics. Rolan then attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an MBA in Strategy and Operations.
