Moran Shifer

Moran Shifer currently serves as VP QA/RA at Cortex Dental Implants Industries Ltd., where key responsibilities include implementing a quality management system compliant with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, as well as managing regulatory submissions and registrations. Previously, Moran held the role of Notified Body Lead Auditor and Project Manager at DEKRA from September 2017 to July 2024, conducting over 100 audits with positive outcomes and facilitating product approvals through technical file reviews. Earlier experience includes positions as CAPA Facilitator at Philips and Quality Assurance Manager at Alstom, along with roles as Quality Manager for R&D and Production Projects at Plasan. Moran Shifer holds a Master of Science degree in Biology from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Braude Academic College.
