Viviane Danella Figo

Viviane Danella Figo is currently a Costumer Support Analyst at Cortex. Prior to that, they worked as an Industrial Productivity Analyst at Vale from April 2017 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for production planning and control, industrial operations and supplies, annual budgeting and reports, operational risk management, continuous improvement project management, and performance and productivity metrics. From February 2015 to December 2016, they were an intern in Process Engineering at Vale, where they carried out specific tasks in the field of chemical engineering, such as mass and energy balance calculations, equipment sizing for new projects, process monitoring spreadsheet updates, and risk analysis of industrial plants.

Viviane Danella Figo has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília, and a diploma in Industrial Instrumentation from Senai São Paulo. Viviane also has certifications in Python Pro and Big Data e Digital Analytics from FIA Business School.
