Yigit Can Arin

Yigit Can Arin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Corti since November 2024, Yigit previously co-founded Buddywise and held the position of CTO from March 2020 to October 2024. A Senior Software Engineer at Spotify from March 2016 to January 2021 and a Software Engineer at Microsoft from May 2013 to February 2016, Yigit began career development as a Software Engineer Consultant at ÅF AB and as a Full Stack Developer at Spark Vision AB. Yigit has also engaged in AI research during an internship at Uppsala University. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Interaction Design - Software Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sabanci University.
