Alex Vitori

Alex Vitori has over nine years of progressive experience in asset management accounting, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management Accounting at Cortland since February 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing properties totaling more than 9,900 units and $1.5 billion in assets, as well as managing acquisition and disposition accounting during ownership changes. Previously, roles at Cortland included Property Controller and Senior Property Accountant, with a focus on communication with equity partners and portfolio management. Alex began a career with Wabtec Corporation as a Finance Intern, contributing to accounts payable processes and month-end reconciliations. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, graduated in 2014.
